Do you need a suspect material tested for asbestos?

Occasionally, a comprehensive asbestos survey of your property may not be necessary, especially if there is only one area of concern. In such instances, we focus solely on asbestos sampling and testing of the specific area. These steps are vital for obtaining an accurate assessment of planned works and ensuring the absence of any asbestos residues.

We can send one of our trained surveyors to attend your commercial or domestic property to safely take a single sample or bulk samples of the suspected asbestos materials. Samples will be analysed in our in- house UKAS accredited laboratory and certificate will be issued within 24-48 hrs or same day if urgent. If an asbestos containing material is identified, then we can advise about asbestos removal or repair as required.
